How plans work
Sayloft plans are subscriptions. When you buy a plan you pay for the first period today, and the subscription then renews automatically at the regular price for the same period length until you cancel. There is no free trial on paid plans; you can start with the free lesson instead.

Introductory prices are available for a limited time while the offer timer runs and apply to the first period only. After the timer ends, the first period is charged at the regular price. The exact amount due today and the renewal amount are always shown before you pay. Prices are in US dollars; your bank may apply currency conversion fees.
Renewal
Your subscription renews at the end of each period and you are charged the regular price shown for your plan. Periods are counted in weeks (4, 12 or 48 weeks), not calendar months or years. If a renewal payment fails, we and Stripe will retry it and ask you to update your payment method; access may be paused if payment is not completed.
How to cancel
- In the app: open Profile → Membership and choose to cancel in the billing portal.
- By email: write to support@sayloft.com from the email you used at checkout.
Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable once a period has started, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@sayloft.com and we will review it. A fully refunded payment ends access for the period it paid for; a refund does not cancel the subscription by itself, so cancel in Profile → Membership if you don't want it to renew. If a payment is disputed with your bank or reported as unauthorized, access is paused and the subscription is set to end at the close of the current period.
Changes to prices
If we change the renewal price of your plan, we will tell you in advance and the new price will apply only from your next period. You can cancel before it takes effect.
